Chelsea fans are not too fond of the latest transfer news, as reports of a move for Gonazlo Higuain are heating up.

According to Corriere dello Sport journalist Alfredo Pedulla, Maurizio Sarri wants to add four new faces to the signing of Jorginho, and one of those is Higuain.

Pedulla tweeted after the Jorginho coup that Chelsea will move for the Argentine striker next week, alongside Daniele Rugani, Aleksandr Golovin and Alisson Becker.

The 30 year-old Juventus striker would be an instant upgrade on the struggling Alavaro Morata, but fans are certainly bothered by his age.

While Higuain is no doubt the better player right now, Morata hasn’t even hit his prime yet, and the Juventus star will be 31 by Christmas.

The 6 ft striker has a truly remarkable goalscoring record though, grabbing over 100 league goals for Real Madrid, over 70 for Napoli and another 40 during his two years in Turin.
