Chelsea's transfer ban has prevented them from signing any players this summer, which is not ideal when a new manager has arrived at the club.

As such, all of the Blues' rivals have been able to strengthen their squads ahead of the new campaign and will be able to do so until the deadline passes on Thursday, whilst Frank Lampard and co must make do with what they already have at their disposal.

Also, it means that the Stamford Bridge outfit are unable to make moves for players who may have been realistic targets during any normal transfer window.

One of those is arguably Paulo Dybala, who is rumoured to be close to joining Tottenham. Spurs and Juventus are even said to have agreed a fee of £64.4m for the Argentina international.

Blues fans clearly see it is a missed opportunity to sign the 25-year-old, and have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts. You can see some of the best reactions below.
