Michy Batshuayi has been on Chelsea's books since 2016 when he signed from Marseille, but he has struggled to earn a regular spot in the team.

In fact, the striker has made just 32 Premier League outings for the club, scoring seven goals and creating two assists.

Under former manager Antonio Conte, Batshuayi was not backed, and with Maurizio Sarri now at the helm, it seems that the 24-year-old is still struggling to find a way through.

Towards the end of last season, the striker suffered an injury while on loan at Borussia Dortmund.

Since recovering, the forward has joined Valencia on a season-long loan and has made three appearances for the La Liga side so far.

On Friday, Batshuayi came off the bench in the second half to score for Belgium in their 4-0 victory over Scotland in the Nations League.

The forward netted his country's third and fourth goal within nine minutes of one another.

His performance got some Chelsea fans talking on Reddit, and a handful believe that he would be more useful in the Blues team than Alvaro Morata.
