Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford impressed and scored a stunning goal in England’s 2-0 friendly win against Costa Rica at Elland Road on Thursday, and Chelsea fans have demanded their club bring the 20-year-old, who earns £55,000-a-week according to The Mirror, to Stamford Bridge.
The young forward was handed a start by Three Lions manager Gareth Southgate in their final 2018 World Cup warm-up game before the tournament gets underway next week, and he didn’t let him down with a brilliant dipping shot from outside the penalty area that beat Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas all ends up.
Meanwhile, the Blues could be looking to significantly strengthen their squad this summer following a miserable defence of their Premier League title during the 2017/18 campaign, and bringing in a new attacker to compete with the likes of Willian, Pedro, Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud could be a priority.
Chelsea supporters, who would prefer to keep Morata instead of sealing a £36m striker deal, were quick to have their say on Rashford’s latest English performance via social media, and while one said “him and @rubey_lcheek would be a deadly duo”, another said they “would love to see him at Chelsea”.

I wish we’d sign Rashford. Jose has a diamond to work with but he’s always after the ready made superstar.
