Chelsea fans have taken to Twitter to criticise boss Maurizio Sarri following the Blues’ humiliating 6-0 defeat to Manchester City at the Etihad.

Fans of the west London-based side were left open mouthed after watching their team fall to a 4-0 deficit before the whistle for half-time had even sounded, and things got even worse in the second period as two more goals helped the Citizens to a resounding win.

Chelsea’s last three league results have been a 4-0 loss to Bournemouth, a 5-0 win over Huddersfield and a 6-0 loss to the champions, which doesn’t cover Sarri in too much glory as his position at Stamford Bridge could soon become untenable.

The club’s supporters have been let down by the promises of ‘Sarriball’, and have instead seen their team hog the ball with no real aim or direction to their play this season.

Understandably, the Blues fans on Twitter want the Italian boss out…
