Chelsea fans want Zouma back at Stamford Bridge

Things are not exactly going great at Chelsea, with Sunday’s 3-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur leaving them eight points off the Champions League spots in the Premier League.

The Blues are still in the FA Cup, but it is thought that head coach Antonio Conte will leave this summer, while the futures of a number of key players are up in the air.

One of many players currently out on loan from Chelsea is Kurt Zouma, with the 23-year-old making the switch to Stoke City in last summer’s transfer window.

Zouma has had to battle his way back from a long-term knee problem, and the centre-back has made 31 appearances for the Potters during the 2017-18 campaign.

Stoke are not enjoying a good season, but Zouma has had a very productive year when considering that he missed a lot of football with the knee injury that he picked up towards the start of 2016.

The Chelsea fans are already looking ahead to next season, and it seems that they want Zouma to be back at Stamford Bridge fighting for a spot in the first XI.
