Chelsea will take on Manchester United in the final of the FA Cup this weekend.

The Blues ended the 2017-18 Premier League campaign in fifth position, and will therefore not take part in the Champions League next season.

Defeat in the FA Cup would lead to more anger, and would surely see Antonio Conte lose his position as head coach of last season's English champions.

Chelsea will enter the match off the back of a 3-0 defeat at Newcastle United in the Premier League last weekend - which angered the Chelsea supporters immensely - and their confidence will not exactly be sky high.

If it were up to the Chelsea fans, club legend Frank Lampard would be lining up in central midfield against Jose Mourinho's side on Saturday.

Lampard, who was pictured back at Chelsea's training ground on Wednesday, scored over 200 goals and played close to 650 matches during his time at Stamford Bridge.

He retired from professional football in 2016 following a spell at New York City FC, but the Chelsea supporters want him to bring his boots out one more time for the FA Cup final.
