Chelsea edged a step closer to signing Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke this summer, according to Metro.
The Blues have sent scouts to watch the Spain international on several occasions this season and have now reportedly open talks with the La Liga champions over a potential summer switch.
Metro also claim Chelsea are eager to get a deal completed as quickly as possible and are considering offering defender Flilipe Luis, who joined the Blues from Atletico last summer, as part of the deal.
It is not yet clear how much it would cost to bring the 23-year-old to west London, but Metro are reporting it could be as much as £46million.
Manchester City and Manchester United were both considering moves for the midfielder, as reported by the Daily Star last month, but it now appears that Chelsea could be bringing yet another Atletico star to the Premier League.
Koke has scored two and assisted nine in 28 La Liga outings this term.
