Chelsea go into this weekend's crunch league clash with Manchester United on a fine run of form, having tossed Hull City aside in the FA Cup fifth round and almost squeaked out a win against La Liga leaders Barcelona in the Champions League last 16.

Sunday's game at Old Trafford will give the Blues the chance to go level on points with second placed United, so manager Antonio Conte will want all his weapons at his disposal for this one.

There isn't too much to concern Conte going into this one injury-wise, with the only injury to a player who has seen any amount of playing time this season being Tiemoue Bakayoko - who hasn't exactly endeared himself to the Chelsea fans with only two league goals in the current campaign.

There is also good news for Ross Barkley, who may finally return for good after missing almost the entire season so far with a hamstring injury.

Here is a full report on the two players' status, according to Premier Injuries...

Ross Barkley

When was he injured?: Barkley suffered a huge tear to his hamstring in the build-up to Everton's season-opening fixture, but took the field for Chelsea's 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth at the end of last month before another two game lay-off for another hamstring injury.

Potential injury return date: 25/02/2018

Will he be missed?: Antonio Conte has come under intense pressure this year with the club's disappointing return from last season's championship-winning side, and it hasn't helped that he has been unable to keep his midfielders fit.

Six other midfield players have suffered from hamstring injuries, and the Italian manager will be frustrated that he has been unable to keep the influential Barkley on the pitch.

Tiemoue Bakayoko

When was he injured?: The nature of Bakayoko's injury has not yet been revealed but he has not played since being sent off against Watford on January 5th so it was likely not suffered during a game.

Potential injury return date: 25/02/2018

Will he be missed?: Conte will miss him, but Chelsea fans certainly won't. The ex-Monaco forward has been given a disproportionately large amount of playing time this season considering his scoring output, and his absence will give Conte a chance to go back to the 'false nine' look with Hazard up top that worked so well against Barcelona.

New signing Olivier Giroud is also looking in fine form, having assisted in Chelsea's last Premier League fixture against West Brom and got on the score sheet in Friday's 4-0 FA Cup win against Hull.

What the manager said: "I don't think Bakayoko is available for the game against Barcelona (yesterday)."
