PSV Eindhoven have made Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel their top transfer target this summer, according to Dutch outlet Eindhovens Dagblad (via talkSPORT.)
The 23-year old has spent the last half of the season on loan with the Dutch champions and is one of many players on the books of the Blues who have been unable to break the first-team.
Previous loan spells at AC Milan and Vitesse Arnhem have been disrupted by injury, though his performances for PSV have reportedly done enough to convince them to continue their chase of him.
He scored eight goals since terminating his spell at Stoke City and moving back to the Netherlands as the club marched to another Eredivise title.
Undoubtedly a gifted midfielder, the Holland international has struggled with injury since moving to the club in 2013 and proved unable to establish himself under numerous managers.
Still, his future remains unclear with Antonio Conte due to arrive at Stamford Bridge.
