Chelsea outcast up to his old tricks

Fernando Torres thought he’d be able to revive his career in Italy after completing a season-long loan switch to AC Milan in the summer.

The Chelsea flop has been a shadow of his former self since joining Chelsea in a £50million move from Liverpool in 2011. But after enjoying a an decent start life in Milan, it has since gone a bit sour for the Spaniard.

Torres has netted just once since joining the club and was hugely disappointing in last night’s Milan derby against Inter, which resulted in him being hauled off in the 73rd minute to be replaced by Keishuke Honda.

Poor old El Nino…
