Talk about self-belief.
Chelsea’s Eden Hazard was coolness personified as he slotted home a penalty to put Chelsea one nil up against Arsenal.
Having won the penalty himself after a mazy run (below) the Chelsea forward took upon the responsibility to convert it – and it looked like the expectation weighed nothing upon him.
The way the Belgian forward takes a spot-kick is becoming something of a trademark (see bottom). Rather than the traditional ‘pick your spot and concentrate on striking the ball’, Hazard has taken to watching which way the keeper is moving, right up until he actually makes contact.
He certainly isn’t making any friends in the Goalkeepers Union, that’s for sure.
