The Czech Republic international has been a Blues player for over 10 years, but he lost his role as the club’s No. 1 during the summer following Thibaut Courtois’ re-call.
Jose Mourinho is believed to have promised the 22-year-old guaranteed action to get him back to the club following a successful three-year loan stint at Atletico Madrid, and the Belgian has impressed since.
Cech is unlikely to be able to force his way back into the first-team, which has opened up the possibility of a move.
PSG were interested in him earlier this year, and are ready to offer him an escape route in the New Year, which the 32-year-old may consider as his frustrations mount.
Cech has 18 months remaining on his Chelsea contract, so PSG are likely to push a permanent move should a potential loan deal work well.
The French champions are also willing to sweeten the deal by allowing the stopper’s personal goalkeeping coach, Christophe Lollichon, to make the switch with him.
