Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao has claimed that he is yet to receive any offers regarding a summer transfer, as reported by Sky Sports.
The Colombian forward has been on stunning form over the past 18 months and is considered one of the top strikers in Europe, if not the world.
Chelsea have been long time admirers of the 27-year-old and are expected to make a big money summer move that could cost them up to £50million.
Current Blues number nine Fernando Torres has been linked with a return to his former club Atletico and could be used as some sort of bargaining tool in any deal for Falcao.
While clearly in no rush to leave the Spanish capital, Falcao wants to win trophies and play regularly in the Champions League, something that neither Ateltico nor Chelsea can guarantee him.
Despite the heavily speculation, no club have opened negotiations with the player in regards to a summer move.
“I have received no concrete offers to leave Atletico Madrid. I have three years of contract with Atletico.” Falcao told Rock & Closs.
