Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has revealed that Eden Hazard will be fit for Wednesday's Champions League Group C match against Qarabag in Baku.

Hazard had to be replaced during the second half of Saturday's Premier League clash against West Bromwich Albion, where he scored twice in a 4-0 win.

It had been suggested that the Belgium international would be unavailable to face Qarabag on Wednesday night, but Conte has confirmed that the 26-year-old is fit to take part.

Hazard, who is valued at £67.5m by transfermarkt.co.uk, has scored five times and provided four assists in 15 appearances for Chelsea this season, and has netted twice in four Champions League fixtures.

Chelsea will enter the match in second position in Group C - one point behind the league leaders Roma, who will travel to Atletico Madrid.

Chelsea will book their spot in the last-16 stage of the competition if they collect all three points in Baku, whilst Qarabag, who are bottom of the section on two points, need to win to stand a chance of advancing into the knockout round.

The Premier League champions recorded a 6-0 win when they welcomed Qarabag to Stamford Bridge in the reverse match back in September.
