Antonio Rudiger is still in the process of recovering from the serious injury he sustained back in April.

The German damaged his knee and was stretchered out during the game against Manchester United at Old Trafford. He has since thad surgery and is making great progress.

He recently took to

Despite him missing the finale of the 2018/19 season as well as Chelsea's title-winning game in the Europa League, he still had quite a decent campaign.

He managed to accumulate a total of 44 games under his belt in all competitions, tallying one goal in the process.

The Blues still have one game left in their summer pre-season, which will be against Borussia Monchengladbach on August 3.

After that they will visit Manchester United at Old Trafford in their 2019/20 Premier League opener, and Rudiger will hope to be back in action sooner rather than later.
