Jose Mourinho has described Chelsea's transfer policy as 'Rooney or bust' this summer, but personally, I remain unconvinced. So far, the Blues have bought well as they attempt to reassert themselves in the Premier League title race next term, but they are still one or two players short of a title-winning cast.

But we still have a month to go until transfer deadline day, and there is still time for the Special One to secure  a transfer out of the blue that could drastically improve Chelsea's chances next season.
