Turkish giants Galatasaray are lining up an audacious move for out of sorts Chelsea forward Diego Coast this January, report the Daily Telegraph.
The controversial striker has struggled to replicate the form he showed last year that lead the Blues to their first Premier League title in half a decade, leading to links with a return to Spain.
However, reports now suggest that Galatasaray are keen to offer the former Atletico Madrid star an escape route from Stamford Bridge as the Istanbul outfit eye a January loan.
The Brazilian born Spanish international was left out of Jose Mourinho’s team for the draw with Tottenham last week, further fuelling speculation that the pair have suffered a breakdown in their relationship.
He arrived just last year for around £32m and scored 21 goals on the way to title success in West London, but has often hit headlines for his controversial antics.
Costa has notched just three goals this season as the champions suffer a nightmare campaign in defence of their title.
