Chelsea have been formidable in the Premier League this season, losing just once since the end of September, and the Blues look on-course to lift their second Premier League trophy in three seasons.
Having endured an embarrassing defence of their Premier League title under the guidance of Jose Mourinho last season, Antonio Conte has got the West London giants back on track this season.
Eden Hazard is one of the stars that has returned to form this season, helping Chelsea’s rise massively, and his incredible contribution in attack has caused opposition defenders a heap of problems and they can’t seem to get near him.

Completing 87 take-ons in the Premier League this season, Hazard leads the Premier League in that particular statistic and the stat is far from meaningless, as he’s made his impact count in attack with goals and assists.
In 19 Premier League appearances, Hazard has found the back of the net nine times and has secured another assist- a fine run that includes contributing to two goals in his last three games.
