According to Corriere dello Sport, Inter Milan have informed Chelsea that Yann Karamoh will not be allowed to leave the Italian club at the end of the season.

What's the story?

Chelsea, along with Barcelona, have been credited with an interest in 19-year-old Karamoh, who is currently on loan at Inter from Ligue 1 side Caen.

The plan is for Karamoh to stay on loan at the San Siro until the end of next season, before the temporary deal becomes a permanent transfer.

Chelsea and Barcelona are both believed to be interested in signing the teenager, but according to Corriere dello Sport, Inter have no plans to end their loan agreement with Caen as they look to sign the Frenchman on a permanent deal.

The report claims that both Chelsea and Barcelona, who have been scouting the attacker this season, have been informed that there is zero chance of any deal taking place this summer.

Who is Yann Karamoh?

Karamoh scored 11 times in 28 league appearances for Caen II before making the jump into the first team in 2016.

The teenager netted five times in 36 first-team appearances for the French club last season before Inter swooped to land him on a two-year loan agreement.

Karamoh has represented France at every level from the Under-16s, and has already netted once in two appearances for the nation's Under-21 team.

A player of pace and outstanding ability, Karamoh has scored once in nine appearances for Inter in all competitions during the 2017-18 campaign.

It would be fair to say that it took the 19-year-old time to settle into his new surroundings, but the attacker has been involved in Inter's last four Serie A matches.

His first goal for the club came against Bologna earlier this month, and it is not a surprise that Inter have issued a hands-off warning to Chelsea and Barcelona.

That said, it has been reported that Karamoh is extremely interested in a move to England, and his future at Inter is far from secure despite the latest developments.
