Willian will push to leave Chelsea if Antonio Conte remains as manager, according to UOL.

What's the word?

The Brazilian's future has been a talking point for some time due to his lack of minutes on the pitch this season.

Conte has only handed Willian six starts in the Premier League and two in the Champions League so far in the campaign.

In total, the midfielder has featured 17 times in all competitions, scoring on three occasions and creating a single assist.

UOL reports that the 29-year-old is happy in London and has love of the club and the fans, but will look to move on if Conte stays on as manager.

The Italian coach was linked with an early exit from Stamford Bridge after the club's transfer strategy did not go to plan.

Could this become a bigger problem?

While the extent of Conte's relationships with the players will never be fully known, there seems to be worrying signs.

An alleged fallout between Diego Costa and the manager led to the striker's exit in the summer, while there have also been reports that David Luiz has been left in the cold.

The defender was dropped for Chelsea's 1-0 win over Manchester United and had to settle for a spot on the bench for the following Premier League match over West Bromwich Albion.

Luiz was reinstated to the first XI for Wednesday's Champions League win over Qarabag, but there are still rumblings of alienation from Conte.

If Willian ends up leaving the Blues because of Conte, then the club will have a big problem to address.
