Napoli winger Lorenzo Insigne could be good enough to earn a big move to Chelsea in the not too distant future, according to his manager Maurizio Sarri.
The 24-year-old Italy international has long been talked about as one of the top talents in Serie A, and has been in excellent form through the opening stage of the current season.
Insigne has notched three goals and registered a further two assists in league action for the Naples outfit, who have sold key players for big fees in recent memory – both Ezequiel Lavezzi and Edinson Cavani left the Estadio San Paolo for Paris Saint-Germain.
The 5ft. 4” winger netted against Juventus over the weekend, and Sarri has since claimed that his player could well be good enough to move to Chelsea in the future:
“Insigne? There is one who could quickly find themselves at Paris St-Germain or Chelsea.” He is quoted by Metro.
Insigne has been capped six times by Italy and was a part of the Azzurri’s 2014 World Cup set-up.
