The summer transfer window may be closed, but that has not stopped the rumours from rumbling.

Chelsea added Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic and goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to their squad following Maurizio Sarri's arrival as manager.

It seems, though, that a highly-rated winger is keen to be part of the team's effort.

According to German outlet Fussball Transfers, Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey has his heart set on signing for Chelsea.

Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City have all been linked with moves for the 21-year-old, but it seems that he has made up his mind.

Bailey - valued at £40.5m by Transfermarkt - joined Leverkusen from Genk in January last year.

Despite his young age, the winger has made 46 appearances for the German club, with 40 of them in the Bundesliga.

In total, Bailey has scored 13 goals and registered seven assists for Leverkusen, and judging by these latest reports, some Chelsea fans would be thrilled to have the talented star in their ranks.
