Man United legend to heap misery on Chelsea with January raid for key star

New Valencia manager Gary Neville is considering a shock January move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, according to reports from Don Balon.

The former England and Manchester United defender left his post as a pundit at Sky Sports recently to take charge at the Mestalla, where he is working closely with his brother, Phil.

Although Gary is has only been installed on an interim basis by the coastal club’s wealthy owner, Peter Lim, he is reportedly looking at next month’s transfer window as he sets about repairing the damage of a relatively poor start to the season under Nuno, with Fabregas a target.

The former Arsenal and Barcelona playmaker has endured a woeful 2015/16 thus far, which is a stark contract to his performances during last term’s title win.

Fabregas’ experience in La Liga is thought to be tempting for Neville, whose Los Che side are now far more financially powerful than they have been in recent years.
