Jose Mourinho’s summer business for Chelsea has been praised from all corners so far this season.
The addition of Diego Costa has been the shining light in his Blues side as they continue to run away with the Premier League title.
Mourinho also allowed a number of players to leave the club in the summer, including Demba Ba.
The Senegalese striker moved to Turkish side Besiktas for €6million and has been something of a hit so far.
And the 29-year-old continued his good run of form with this absolute worldie in a 4-1 Turkish Cup second round win over Adana Demirspor.
Obviously Diego Costa is a better striker than Ba, but you’d argue Ba would be a better option for his replacement, Loic Remy.
The goal below suggests he could’ve still done a job for Jose Mourinho’s side. But Chelsea’s loss is clearly Besiktas’ gain.
What do the Chelsea fans think? Happy with Remy now, or would you rather have Demba Ba still?
