Having conquered the Premier League at a canter last season using a 3-4-2-1 formation, Chelsea have tinkered around with their attacking shape this time around.

3-5-2 and 3-6-1 have both been used by Antonio Conte this season, with the identity of the central striker or strikers varying in the wake of Diego Costa’s acrimonious departure.

One thing that hasn’t altered at all, even as Chelsea’s form has deteriorated in 2018, is Conte’s staunch belief in a three-man defence.

Last season, it was that switch that won them the title and had the majority of the Premier League copying them – albeit with varying frequency.

This season, the three-man defence has slipped out of fashion somewhat, but while other teams across the league have scrapped it, Conte has been unwavering in his belief in the system.

That’s why we asked you whether Conte should go to four at the back for Chelsea’s biggest game of the season so far, the trip to Leicester in the FA Cup quarter-finals.

With a place in the semi-finals at stake, the majority of Blues fans – 73% - want him to be bold and make that switch.
