So far this season, everything is going to plan for the West London outfit as they have won all five of their Premier League matches.

The club currently sit at the top of the table on level points with Liverpool, who are also unbeaten.

Reigning champions Manchester City are currently third in the standings, two points adrift of the top, and some doubt over one of Pep Guardiola's star players has crept in.

According to The Guardian, talks over a new contract between the club and Raheem Sterling have reached an impasse.

It is believed that the winger's camp are demanding a significant pay rise, which City are not willing to meet at this moment.

This does not mean that Sterling, who has scored 47 goals for the North-West outfit, wants to leave the Etihad Stadium, but a blip in negotiations may spark the attention of rival clubs like Chelsea, who would surely see him as a big upgrade on Pedro.
