It has been relatively quiet on the transfer front where Chelsea are concerned this summer.

Most of the focus has been on the managerial situation, with plenty of rumours suggesting that Antonio Conte is unlikely to be in charge next season.

It seems that one of the Blues' star players N'Golo Kante could also be on his way out of the exit gates, with reports in France claiming that the midfielder is wanted by Paris Saint-Germain.

L'Equipe recently stated that the French champions would be willing to offload Adrien Rabiot, rated at £45m by Transfermarkt, in a swap deal involving Kante.

Both can play defensively, but the PSG star would not be a direct replacement as he predominantly sits more centrally.

Rabiot has different attributes to Kante as he has strength in set pieces due to his height and he gets more involved in an attacking aspect.

Last season, the Frenchman, who missed out on a spot in the squad for the World Cup in Russia, scored four goals and created seven assists for PSG.
