Sarri claims Manchester City and Liverpool are in better shape, Chelsea fans react

Chelsea sit at the top of the Premier League after winning all five of their Premier League matches so far.

However, manager Maurizio Sarri believes that his team are not as good as Liverpool and Manchester City.

The Reds share the same points as Chelsea, but have a lower goal difference, while reigning champions City sit third, two points adrift.

Given that Sarri replaced Antonio Conte just a few months ago, the West London outfit are exceeding expectations, but the manager believes that they still have a way to go before they dominate English football.

As reported by theĀ Daily Star, the Chelsea boss told reporters that Liverpool and City are a ‘step ahead’ despite the fact that his team currently sit at the summit of the league table.

Some supporters have now given their thoughts on what Sarri has had to say, and a few are in agreement with the coach, while others are very excited about what the team can produce this season.
