Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has seen his woes continue as the Spanish international was hit with a six month driving ban, according to the Daily Mail.
The 28-year old pleaded guilty to a charge of exceeding the 50mph limit, after being reportedly being caught travelling at speeds of 110mph.
The Spanish international is said to have been driving a metallic green Aston Martin Vantage when clocked by police officers operating a camera system.
The Blues maestro has struggled to replicate his excellent form of last year, where he recorded 18 assists, as the West London side sit in 16th position after just two wins so far this season.
The former Arsenal and Barcelona man was handed a £1000 fine, £625 bill for courts costs as well as £840 to the expert who caught him – along with a £100 fine as a victim surcharge.
He was also slapped with six points on his licence, which took him up to twelve, and he received an automatic ban.
His first six points came as he failed to identify the driver of his vehicle when caught by police back in October last year.
Fabregas joined Chelsea from Barcelona in 2014, after previously playing for London rivals Arsenal as a youngster.
