Chelsea's training grounds are once again full as the Blues have returned back to training with pre-season matches looming just around the corner.

It's only been week back in the office but the players have already ditched their holiday mode, and Tammy Abraham has shared a snap from one of Frank Lampard's first sessions.

Abraham rejoined the Blues after his loan spell at Aston Villa ended this summer. And judging by the words of their new manager, there's a huge season ahead of the youngster in 2019/20.

The 21-year-old centre-forward has posted an Instagram snap from Cobham and his friends, teammates and rivals were quick to respond to it.

Reece James was among the stars who were impressed by what they saw from Abraham while his brother, Timmy Abraham, and Leicester City starlet Demarai Gray also responded.

As for Abraham's past season, he managed 42 games in all competitions and he scored a total of 26 goals and assisted three, which is an excellent return for such a young player. He will of course be hoping to kick on and make a similar impact at Stamford Bridge under Lampard.
