The Chelsea XI Conte must pick to make it 11-in-11 vs. Crystal Palace

Chelsea recorded their tenth straight win against Sunderland on Wednesday night, moving themselves six points clear at the top of the table in the process.

The Black Cats set up unashamedly defensively with six recognised defenders in David Moyes’ XI, so it was no surprise that it was a largely frustrating night for the Blues at the Stadium of Light. Their moment of joy did come in the first-half, though, as Cesc Fabregas swept home from the edge of the area to net the only goal of the game.

Next up are free-scoring Crystal Palace, who – although they sit dangerously close to the bottom of the table – have put in some terrific attacking performances of late including scoring four at Swansea, three against Southampton and another three last weekend in their hard-fought draw against Hull City.

If Chelsea are to record an astonishing eleventh consecutive league win in a row, they will need to be at their best defensively.

Here at FootballFanCast we think this Blues XI should get the job done…
