It has been a whirlwind season at Stamford Bridge. The controversial appointment of Rafa Benitez and sacking of Roberto Di Matteo just weeks into their campaign has created a hotbed of media scrutiny, speculation and murmurings that’s affected Chelsea Football Club on and off the pitch, and created a rift between the board, management staff, and supporters.
