Three Chelsea youngsters Conte must try vs. Wolves
Wolverhampton Wanderers host Premier League leaders Chelsea this weekend in the FA Cup Fifth Round.
Wolves are one of many to cause an upset in the previous round, as Paul Lambert’s side knocked out Liverpool with an impressive 2-1 victory at Anfield. The Reds, however, were second on the Wanderers’ giant-slaying list, with the Midlanders having already beaten Stoke City in the Third Round in another surprise victory.
It has been a frustrating time for fans, however, this season so far, with the Molineux-based side unable to replicate the form they have shown in the FA Cup in the Championship. Wolves currently sit 18th and have lost their three most recent domestic fixtures – those being against Burton Albion, Newcastle United and Wigan Athletic.
The hosts’ form bodes well for visitors Chelsea, who themselves have once again been in fine fettle and continue to march valiantly towards the Premier League title. The tie – certainly not an easy one and one Antonio Conte will be aware of the threat of his opponents in – could be an opportunity for some of the younger players at Stamford Bridge to get a run-out.
We think these THREE should start this weekend’s FA Cup Fifth Round tie …
