Despite a spate of tribulations last season, Eden Hazard is widely regarded as one of the most fearsome attacking players in European football, let alone the Premier League.

Indeed, the Belgium international boasts 44 goals in 146 top flight outings for Chelsea and an impressive assists return to match.

The playmaking winger has rediscovered his form under Antonio Conte this term, notching up three goals in eight Premier League appearances whilst averaging three shots, 1.6 created chances and 4.4 successful dribbles per match - the latter statistic being the highest return throughout England's top tier.

And Hazard's impressive form has got us thinking about his overall record for Chelsea since signing from Lille back in summer 2012 - most particularly, which clubs he's wreaked the most havoc against over the last four years.

With that in mind, here's a rundown of the ten clubs who've felt Hazard's wrath the most throughout his Blues career, with some high-profile opponents featuring throughout.

10. BOURNEMOUTH - TWO APPS, TWO GOALS

Eddie Howe

Bournemouth have only been in the top flight for just over a year but Eddie Howe's side have already felt the full force of the Belgium international, who bagged a brace against the Cherries in a 4-1 victory last season.

9. LEICESTER CITY - SIX APPS, TWO GOALS, ONE ASSIST

Leicester City v Everton - Barclays Premier League

Hazard's heroics may have clinched Leicester City the title last season but the tricky winger's shown no favouritism to the Foxes otherwise, claiming two goals and one assist in six outings against Claudio Ranieri's boys.

8. ARSENAL - TEN APPS, TWO GOALS, ONE ASSIST

Arsenal v Chelsea - Premier League

Arsenal are the first heavyweight side to feature on this list and overall, Hazard's return against the Gunners is a little underwhelming - especially considering Chelsea's habitual domination of their London rivals. Just two goals in ten outings.

7. MANCHESTER UNITED - TEN APPS, THREE GOALS, ONE ASSIST

Jose Mourinho

Following closely behind the Gunners are Manchester United, who Hazard has produced a similar return against with the exception of an extra goal in the same amount of games. Will he add to that when the two sides meet next Sunday?

6. WEST HAM - EIGHT APPS, THREE GOALS, THREE ASSISTS

Slaven Bilic

West Ham are another side Chelsea tend to do well against and that's reflected in the 25-year-old's output. From eight outings, he's contributed to six goals - that includes a strike versus the Hammers on the opening day of the current campaign.

5. WEST BROM - SEVEN APPS, THREE GOALS, TWO ASSISTS

Tony Pulis

From West Ham to West Brom, Hazard will fill pleased with his return against the Baggies. Three goals and two assists is certainly nothing to be sniffed at considering the defensive game West Brom employ under Tony Pulis.

4. HULL - FIVE APPS, THREE GOALS, ONE ASSIST

Mike Phelan

Poor old Hull, who seem to feature on every list of this variety. It's taken just five outings against the Tigers for Hazard to hit the net three times, in addition to setting one up for a team-mate.

3. TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR - NINE APPS, FOUR GOALS, TWO ASSISTS

West Bromwich Albion v Tottenham Hotspur - Premier League

Chelsea have a bitter-fought rivalry with Tottenham Hotspur which escalated with that ill-tempered match at the end of last season. Hazard's goal, which secured Leicester City the Premier League title, was one of four he's bagged against the Lilywhites.

2. NEWCASTLE - SEVEN APPS, FOUR GOALS, TWO ASSISTS

Newcastle United are in a similar boat to Hull City, in that the Premier League's top talents always seem to accumulate cricket scores against them. Hazard's might not be so spectacular, but contributing to six goals in seven outings is a solid return nonetheless.

1. LIVERPOOL - TWELVE APPS, FIVE GOALS, ONE ASSIST

Swansea City v Liverpool - Premier League

Chelsea's rivalry with Liverpool is an unusual one, lacking the traditional geographical factors. There's nothing the Blues like more than beating the Reds and the Belgian has certainly aided them in that regard, notching up five goals and one assist in twelve outings - his best return against any English team.
