Midfielder Jordan Houghton, who is yet to feature at senior level for the Blues but has represented England on 17 occasions at youth level, has joined Doncaster Rovers until January 3rd.
The move represents the 20-year-old’s third stint in the Football League, following spells with Gillingham and Plymouth Argyle in League One and League Two respectively.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Matej Delac has joined Belgian outfit Royal Excel Mouscron on a season-long loan. The Blues signed the 24-year-old shot stopper from Inter Zapresic in 2010.
Likewise, Bekanty Victorien Angban has agreed a season-long loan with Granada, who also snapped up Jeremie Boga from the Stamford Bridge outfit earlier this summer.
The 19-year-old is still awaiting his Chelsea debut but already boasts three caps for the Ivory Coast and impressed on loan at Sint-Truiden last season, making 23 appearances in the Belgian top flight.
