Confirmed XIs: Everton v Arsenal

The festive Premier League schedule is now under an hour away from kicking off as two days of mid-week action begins tonight with Everton and Arsenal taking centre-stage.

It’s always a crucial period for every side in the division as the half-way point approaches and both teams will be looking for three points to propel them into the hectic fixture list.

For Everton, this game marks a chance for them to snap out of their current rut ahead of the Merseyside Derby with Liverpool next Monday, after losing at Watford last time out.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are having no such problems with winning games and will go top of the league if they claim victory tonight, before Chelsea try and respond tomorrow.

We’re gearing up for what should be an engrossing tie, then, and the teams ahead of the 19:45 kick-off have just been released…
