Just a few minutes before the line-ups were announced, everyone was adamant that Wilfried Zaha would not start. The former Manchester United winger had been pictured looking rather distressed at Wembley and rumours were circulating that he hadn’t even made the squad. Well, he has.
The odds were defied. No one really knows quite why…
Erm. So why was Zaha crying. Someone nick his souvenir programme ?

Did Pardew select Zaha because he started crying? Very odd.

He sure did look a bit upset. We wonder what it could, but let’s just hope he’s not distracted, that Manchester United defence won’t humiliate itself!
Actually, scrap that, it really could humiliate itself.
So Zaha plays after all – emotional after reading text messages of support, apparently. Hmmm… time to get big game head on now #cpfc

Definitely not like a man prepared for the big game. Maybe he was just having a little strop, or he is utterly upset at the fact he is still managed as Alan Pardew.

Breathe might have it!
Or, its because he knows that however hard he works he will be doing all those silly step overs to create chances for Connor Wickham. That’s pretty damn demoralising.
