The 31-cap France international joined the Blues from QPR back in the summer of 2014 after shining during a loan spell at Newcastle, but his career has stagnated in west London.
Although he’s claimed a Premier League winner’s medal at Stamford Bridge, Remy was a bit part player under both Jose Mourinho and Guus Hiddink, and after being left out of the squad for Chelsea’s season-opening win against West Ham, his status looks unlikely to change under Antonio Conte.
The French outlet also claim that Everton are keen, but Remy himself is eager to stay in London, which makes playing for the Eagles more appealing.
Palace are believed to have tabled a loan offer, but their cross-city rivals are more open to a permanent transfer.
Palace are also keen on Liverpool outcast Christian Benteke, but with the Chelsea forward able to play from a wide position, it remains to be seen whether he’s an alternative or not.
