Crystal Palace eye Man United outcast as Bolasie replacement, Mou ready to sell

Crystal Palace are keen on Manchester United’s Ashley Young as they seek to snap up a replacement for Everton-bound ace Yannick Bolasie, according to reports from the Guardian.

The Eagles’ speedy winger is on the verge of sealing a £25m move to Goodison Park after travelling to Merseyside to undergo a medical on the weekend.

With Bolasie having been a key man in the south of London, Palace are keen to draft in a player to fill the void he will leave, and reports claim that Young is wanted.

It’s understood that the Selhurst Park outfit have made an enquiry regarding a loan deal for the 31-year-old, but this has been rebuffed by Manchester United, who are instead seeking a permanent deal for the player.

Young is one of a host of players likely to leave Old Trafford as part of Jose Mourinho’s clear-out, despite having been a favourite of Louis van Gaal last season due to his versatility.
