Crystal Palace have certainly had a better time of it in the Premier League as of late, with Roy Hodgson attempting to lead Palace out of the drop zone and accomplish what he has called 'his greatest escape yet'.

Having guided West Brom to safety prior to taking the England job, Hodgson knows a thing or two about getting the best out of limited resources, but he is facing his biggest challenge yet with an injury room full of players.

Midfielder Bakary Sako and defender Scott Dann are out for the rest of the season, and Hodgson is also suffering ailments to key players like Wilfried Zaha, Jeffrey Shlupp and Jason Puncheon.

Here is a full report on the injuries besetting Palace at the moment, according to Premier Injuries:

When was he injured?: Zaha suffered a knee injury in the 3-1 defeat at Everton on February 10th.

Potential injury return date: 10/03/2018

Will he be missed?: There's no doubting that he's vital to Palace's success, and especially so now with fellow midfielder Bakary Sako out for the rest of the season.

What the manager said: "It's crucial to get Wilf back.

"It's been made extra crucial by the serious injury to Bakary Sako, who is out for the rest of the season."

Jeffrey Schlupp

When was he injured?: Schlupp went down with an ankle injury in January's third round defeat to Brighton on January 8th.

Potential injury return date: 10/03/2018

Will he be missed?: With Scott Dann out for the season and Mamadou Sakho also now out for a month-long spell, getting Schlupp back will be a priority for Hodgson in shoring up his defence.

What the manager said: "Jeffrey will have an operation on Monday (January 15th), with him we are talking months rather than weeks."

Mamadou Sakho

When was he injured?: Sakho had only just returned from two months out with a calf injury when he aggravated the same problem in early February.

Potential injury return date: 10/03/2018

Will he be missed?: The absence of Sakho for Palace's 3-1 defeat to Everton on February 10th meant that Hodgson only had 10 senior team players fit for the visit to Goodison Park.

Getting the Frenchman back into the fold as quickly as possible is vital for Palace's fortunes.

What the manager said: "Had an MRI scan and there is no damage. We expect him to be back in training on Wednesday."
