Revealed: 78% of polled Crystal Palace fans don’t want Oumar Niasse to sign this month

Crystal Palace have been on the lookout for a new striker this month as they look to ease their woes in front of goal, and have been linked with a number of names who could be a potential solution to their problems.

One of those names is out-of-favour Everton forward Oumar Niasse, who is yet to start a Premier League game under Marco Silva – the 28-year-old has started just one game from the first whistle, which came in the Carabao Cup.

The Senegalese striker hasn’t found the net this season, but the Eagles and sporting director Dougie Freedman have been weirdly obsessed with him for the past couple of windows now, with a £7m move even falling through at the last minute back in 2017.

He doesn’t appear to be the solution to their worries, but there must be something that has caught the eye of Palace’s scouting department.

In light of this, we asked fans of the south London-based side if they’d want to see the Toffees striker sign for the club this month.

Understandably, 78% of those who voted said they would rather avoid a move for Niasse, as shown by the results below…
