Crystal Palace striker Cenk Tosun has had a huge gesture made towards him after Rixos Premium - a hotel based in Dubai - welcomed the 28-year-old with a portrait of him celebrating a goal for the Turkey national team.

Not just any old portrait, however - Rixos Premium sculpted the former Besiktas man onto a beach!

Tosun - who has a huge 956k followers on Instagram - has clearly chosen to spend his winter break in Dubai, with his new side not scheduled to play until February 22nd when Newcastle travel to Selhurst Park.

The forward - who netted on his first Crystal Palace start against back-to-back champions Manchester City last month - arrived in south London on loan from Everton for the remainder of the current campaign, where he has since made three appearances under Roy Hodgson.

Spending some time in Dubai would surely be a lovely place to enjoy your winter break regardless, let alone being welcomed with a sand portrait of yourself!

Tosun posted the video on his Instagram story on Monday, which you can find here - however, it will only last for 24 hours, so be quick!

Someone's got to own them: Who do these incredibly unwanted PL records belong to?
