The Aussie international has been at Selhurst Park since 2011 but slumped down the pecking order last season following the arrival of Yohan Cabaye.
It’s been claimed on Twitter that the 32-year-old is no longer on speaking terms with manager Alan Pardew, who stripped the midfielder of his captaincy earlier this month.
@mattlyynch Been told Jedi and Pards aren't speaking – he's odds on to leave us. Will be gutted. A ball-winning maestro. Can't pass, mind.

Aston Villa have been strongly linked with Jedinak, who is seen as the ideal signing to add some much-needed grit and leadership to a squad that suffered relegation from the Premier League with a whimper last season.
Express and Star claim the 64-cap international is understood to be undergoing a medical ahead of a £4million transfer to Villa Park – which the Birmingham outfit are aiming to wrap up today.
However, Jedinak won’t be signed in time to feature in Villa’s Championship clash against Huddersfield Town this evening.
