Daniel Sturridge is not a happy man right now.
He’s seen his place in the Liverpool side well and truly taken by Roberto Firmino up top whilst when he does come on he can’t find the net, nor does he seem to fit into the way Jurgen Klopp likes his teams to play.
Indeed, he hasn’t scored once in the Premier League this season with his only goals coming against Burton Albion in the EFL Cup and you have to wonder whether he’s got much time left at Anfield.
Whatever happens remains to be seen but whilst his team-mates are busy having fun on the pitch beating West Brom and moving up the league, the former Chelsea striker is cutting a pretty miserable figure.
We’ve seen his facial expressions before when things aren’t going his way and it looks like he’s been caught doing it again and Twitter has had a field day.
Cheer up, Daniel, it might never happen! Scroll down for some of the best tweets…
