Definitive proof that anybody can beat anybody in the Premier League?

It is often said that the Premier League is the best top flight in world football because it’s the most competitive.

Sure, footballing hipsters might claim the Bundesliga is where the real party’s at, or that Italian football is the beautiful game in its truest and purest form, but we at Football Fancast like competitive games and entertainment, which is exactly what the Premier League provides.

One only need to take a look at Chelsea this season, the reigning Premier League champions who now find themselves in 15th place and just five points above the relegation zone, and compare it to Barcelona’s predictable dominance of La Liga or Bayern Munich’s sustained stranglehold on the German top flight, to realise how unique the English top flight truly is.

And the old adage of ‘anybody can beat anybody’ in the Premier League isn’t just a Jeff Stelling sound bite. Courtesy of some lovely fellow on Reddit, we now have proof. Titled ‘a circle of parity after just 13 games’, the below image shows that every team in the Premier League has lost to someone and beaten someone already this year.
