Ronald Koeman is well known to both Everton and Southampton fans given that he has been in charge of both.
The Dutchman spent two years as Saints manager, guiding the team to sixth in the Premier League table and qualification for the Europa League.
In the summer of 2016, Koeman made the controversial decision to join Everton, where he secured Europa football for the Toffees in his first season.
The 54-year-old’s second campaign did not go as smoothly, despite overseeing a spend of around £100m in the summer transfer window.
Koeman was sacked by the Merseyside outfit in October with the club lingering around the relegation zone.
The former Barcelona player now has a new job, coaching the Netherlands national team.

Koeman takes over from Dick Advocaat, who left the position after the nation failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Everton and Southampton fans had something to say about the appointment, with the latter realising that their former boss will not be returning to replace Mauricio Pellegrino.
Koeman's done alright there hasn't he? £9m pay-off, a few months sitting off and announced as his national team's manager. 👍 #EFC

Imagine 2 managers leaving the same club in a worse state than when they joined it.. then somehow landing top international teams in their next job. Step forward Roberto Martinez and Ronald Koeman. Proper landed on their feet didn't they! #EFC

Koeman appointed Netherlands manager. With Martinez still coaching Belgium, Everton just need Big Sam to get the Luxembourg gig to complete the Low Countries trifecta. #efc

Despite the way he left, always grateful for the excellent work Koeman did for us and he deserves his chance to manage at a big level such as the Dutch the National side #saintsfc

Fair enough. For once I think that he will be the right man for them. As much as I disagree with the way he left us, he’s still a good manager and might get the Netherlands competitive again. #SaintsFC #Netherlands #Koeman https://t.co/IFSlb6aij9
