Everton were very busy in the transfer market last summer, spending more than £100m on new signings under former manager Ronald Koeman.
The spending spree left the supporters feeling optimistic for the season, but the reality was the complete opposite as the club drifted towards the relegation zone.
Koeman was given the sack in October and later replaced with Sam Allardyce, who has been attracting some negative attention from the fans in recent weeks.
With the season reaching its closing stages, the majority of fans have switched focus to the summer transfer window.
According to Argentine journalist Emiliano Raddi, the Merseyside outfit have agreed a deal to sign Colombian left-back Frank Fabra.
The Boca Juniors player, who joined the club in 2016, is believed to be available for around £4.3m.
Everton fans have made it clear throughout the season that the team need a new left-back, and it appears that Fabra is a person of interest.
This season, the 27-year-old has started 19 matches in the Primera Division and has scored twice and created three assists during that time.
The left-sided player, who can perform as a wing-back or part of the defensive line, is a relatively unknown quantity in the Premier League, and now Everton fans have had their say on the speculation.
