Everton fans are not exactly excited about the probable return of Kevin Mirallas, after a report suggested he is not wanted at loan club Olympiakos.
Mirallas joined Everton from Olympiakos back in 2012. Despite making 151 league appearances for the Toffees and grabbing 29 goals, fans have often slated the Belgian for his lack of consistency.
The criticism levelled at Mirallas has increased in the last couple of seasons and he is now way down the pecking order at Goodison, with Theo Walcott, Yannick Bolasie, Nikola Vlasic and Ademola Lookman all preferred by fans.
He returned to the club where he made his name in January, joining Olympiakos on a loan deal until the end of the season. He received an incredible welcome from his old fans, but things have not exactly gone to plan.
The 30 year-old grabbed his first goal since returning to Greece on Sunday in a 4-0 win against Platanias, but has not impressed the fans that once adored him so much.
Now, Belgian outlet Nieuwsblad are reporting that the Greek side will not look to make the deal a permanent one this summer.
Everton fans have been reacting to the news on Twitter, and they don’t sound too optimistic about the 30 year-old’s impending return to Goodison…

Change the locks and cancel his staff entry card to Finch Farm.

If he can’t make it there why would we want him back?

He mustn’t have managed to get in his one good game a season yet. Waste of space.
