Everton legend Tim Cahill has returned to the club to work with the academy, as the Australian continues towards the completion of his UEFA A coaching badge.Cahill announced his retirement from playing back in April and has made it clear he aims to break into the world of coaching, telling Optus Sport (via ESPN): "I'm interested in TV, going to start my A (coaching) license and spend quality time with my family and chill out for a bit."I had a great career and I'm really thankful. I'm someone that massively respects the game and I'll take my time to learn more. Coaching is something that's definitely going to be on the horizon."Since this time, the Goodison Park hero has returned to Finch Farm to help work with the youngsters at various different age groups, according to the ECHO.For the academy to acquire the services of someone who knows the club so well, is always a welcomed addition. The U23's are currently led by former Everton defender David Unsworth, who has been helping develop the next generation since taking the job in 2014.Unsworth's youngsters are so far unbeaten this season and under his guidance, perhaps Cahill could move into a similar role and help create a new wave of young a talent at Finch Farm.
